Linda is a dedicated Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Officer with expert knowledge in research, grounded in her background in business statistics from Makerere University. With her expertise in building systems and field-level knowledge in data collection, analysis, and reporting, Linda has earned a reputation for demonstrating the impact achieved by development and humanitarian programs in Africa and Asia. Linda has worked with the Government of Uganda and several esteemed organizations, including the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts in Nepal and Ghana, Kenya Girl Guides Association, Fodman International Consultants, and World Vision Uganda in various capacities. At RubiAid Foundation, Linda ensures that Monitoring and Evaluation systems are in place and strengthened to ensure quality programming.
