Phiona is driven by the desire to see seamless and impactful programs that ensure affected communities are provided accurate information to inform their choices, are consulted, participate actively and are given timely feedback while maintaining the same levels of accountability to those who provide resources to communities. With a master’s degree in Social work from The Cavendish University, she has earned a reputation in her field working with esteemed international Organizations like World Vision, Danish Refugee Council, International Rescue Committee and TPO Uganda in Africa and Asia. At RubiAid Foundation, Phiona ensures that programs are designed and implemented with the highest degree of innovation, relevance to local needs and in line with global development goals and standards.
